Abraham Ooi & Partners is a 36-year-old law firm. Its case management, back office and accounting ran on a legacy system, while lawyers, clerks and secretaries worked across bank, government, SSM and CTOS portals. The firm needed a platform that could take on document work with AI, without client data leaving the firm.

How it runs
